Grain storage £

Morning, any advice or assistance much appreciated, I'm sure others must deal with similar situations.

We have an on site drier which is used by others, we have an agreement for some of our sheds to be used during harvest, all fine so far. However, we have 2 cattle sheds which also get used (which ideally wouldn't but apparently are essential). Over 2000 tonnes of grain will pass through these 2 cattle sheds on it's way to the drier, some returning to be stored there for a few weeks once dried.
The 2 sheds are full of grain for between 3 and 4 months, what is a realistic fee to charge for this? (Round our way storage is £1 a tonne per year give or take.) There'll be at leat 500 tonees in there at all times july through oct.
I'm just trying to work out a rough but accurate market value.
Thoughts?

I hope your drier enterprise charges for all the extra handling! At least £1/t/month + handling but I'm not experienced enough with this kind of grain service, only my own. When are the cattle sheds required next? I recommend a deadline of 15th-31st October if you want to get the cattle in. Any grain not lifted by then incurs a handling charge + storage elsewhere. Better to have that discussion with the third party now than have animals stuck outside and the customer being slow to move it.

This is a bit confusing! Are you drying other peoples grain for a charge? Or are you in a shared yard or something? You right as if others have 'the right' to use your storage? Is it your storage? Are you in control of it? Or do you share it with others?

Our shed, someone else 'hiring' useage. Drier seperate and taken care of. I need to know the cost to hire a shed for grain storage for 4 months.
