Tilly Pass will not as far as I know take a look inside where it matters. If it's on commercial axles an independent truck garage are a good bet. You could also take it to a truck depot for a voluntary brake test. Most dealers will also do the BAGMA test which is a proper brake test, and will combine it with a service.
You could also get in touch with Andy Scarlett at Scarlett Research who runs regular training courses and do it yourself.

I’d go one stage further and say get a rolling road test done. Bagma is not the best test in the world but better than nothing.

Sir.
The Tilly Pass is a full Strip down of the trailer. Every wheel from every trailer over 5000 carry the annual inspection this year along with 2000 with a Tilly pass from new. Visit our website www.tillypass.co .

I stand corrected. Do you also now do a physical brake deceleration test of some kind, or a brake force calculation to ensure the actuators and foundation brakes are adequately sized?
