DEFRA Blogged about the fudning for slurry storage.
Effectively no separate fund, they will be adding to and improving the Farming Investment Fund offer.
No details as yet, as I see it they are making it up as they go along.

Grants to cover slurry stores, silage clamps, feed yards, collecting yards are available through CS in England if you are in a water quality improvment priority area. Grant appliction is a bit long winded, but so far all the applications I have submitted have been approved.
The challenge is finding the right web page for a start.

We are looking to put up a slurry store but we are struggling to even get cattle buildings passed as we are closer than 400m to dwellings so can't pass the odour impact assessment, are these grants going to be that limited by planning permission that only a few can get them?
