Interesting. I didn’t realise it was popular for french farmers to move to Florida. Are they continuing to farm there or they go to retire?
I lot of French migrants to that area hence all the French names. Florida was part of the French Empire until it was seeded to Spain who subsequently sold it to the fledgling USA, but only after France sold it's remaining US territories in the Louisiana Purchase of 1803.

If you had to carry a 25kg or even a 50 kg sack with you wherever you went it would make you puff a bit add in a respiratory illness and you might need a bit extra oxygen.
I know you might well say "no sh!t Sherlock" but when I was rather more well built (no idea of weight, but waist now 35" and it was 42") I found it so much harder to move, and since losing weight, exercise and "getting about" is so much easier.

No i wouldn’t say that because it would be rude. But people fail to understand the strain put on their system by being overweight. If you put 10 tonnes in an 8 tonne trailer it might break. If you put 16 tonnes in an 8 tonne trailer it will break. I hate to say it but being overweight is no one elses fault it doesn’t matter what you eat but the choice is yours. I really wish the UK government had the courage to explain to people especially through Covid the damage that being fat does to you. Unfortunately that would upset too many people.

The UK government appear to have plans to offer fast food as an incentive for the youngsters to get the vaccine. Perfect.

Exactly.
The biggest failure in this whole episode is the reluctance to put it out there large, just what conditions people have been carrying that has exacerbated their ability to fight the virus off and have therefore perished.
For a start. Many processed foods should be plastered with health warnings on their packaging. Much like fags and baccy.
