Hi, Im not sure if you can get a narrow grease gun coupler, I have just fitted a new GKN hardy spicer to my baler, and I can't grease the bearing! any thoughts?

I think you have that back to front. I was always taught the opposite. The purpose of pumping grease until you see it coming out is to remove grit and debris from the bearing.
That’s what you’re doing wrong, once you’ve forced the seals open by over greasing then you have to keep doing it to keep the dust out. If you don’t over grease it and break the seal it will be fine. One or two pumps a day is sufficient.

In the days of crude bearings on machinery it was said that you greased to push out the old dirty grease.
UJs dont need that much, plenty of prop shaft and 4wd swivel joint spiders are sealed from new, and can and do last many years without trouble.
