Grease gun nozzle/ coupler.

I've sent one too, give it a go.

Probably wonder why a load of farmers are emailing them......!
If they're as good as they claim, I'm surprised no one (yet) has picked up on the import of the to UK/Europe. I'm curious because, they look neat and well engineered.

Edit- what I actually meant was (other than Reliance in Ireland), there are actually no importers/retailers listed on the Univer-co website outside of Canada. Maybe their website is just out of date.

Don't know if it's the same, but there's this on eBay from a UK seller

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162193440973

It looks the same size as a standard coupler but the outer sleeve slides to lock on the nipple. Made in Germany with a 2 year guarantee apparently.

I have a G coupler on a Milwaukee cordless grease gun. Haven't found a nipple it can't reach. Onto its third box of cartridges. Highly recommended to make life easier, you aren't tempted to scrimp OK the grease when it's easy and quick to do.

Looks like the one. Thanks!

M10 version: http://v2.gb.sparex.com/ItemDetails/ItemDetails.aspx?ItemNumber=115149

1/8" BSP version: http://v2.gb.sparex.com/ItemDetails/ItemDetails.aspx?ItemNumber=115193

No 1/8" NPT version on Sparex - so would need a BSP-NPT adapter if wanting to use on a Milwaukee M18 cordless gun.

That is the only quick release coupler I like the look of, I may order one on my next sparex order to see how much bigger they are than a standard coupler, I have seen the G coupler and vapormatics version which is massive! the size puts me off them for awkward nipples.

Not sure the sparex one will be long enough in the body? the Manitou tilt ram grease nipples are through a hole in the boom at top of swan neck and certainly on the MLT 634 you would get it on but never get it off as the hole is hardly any bigger than the coupler and nipple is a good 2 " or more in!

No perfect design in all circumstances unfortunately. You'd need to have a longer coupler body or a some sort of a flexible sleeve over the pipe, attached to the collar to make it release in tight, deep spots. That sounds worse than its supposed to :ROFLMAO:

I'm willing to give this coupler a go on my Fuchs gun as an M10 fitting should be the right size for ze German gun. Let me know if you're going to place a Sparex order, I'll buy one off you. ;)

You can reach the crowd ram pivot on a Manitou 627 with a G-coupler. Very happy with ours, even Dad has stopped grumbling about the cost.

I've got a few G couplers and will buy more, I think they are brilliant, have found fewer nipples that can't be reached than I thought was going to be the case, infact I can't remember the last one it couldn't do(n)......front prop on our old Shoguns maybe?

They certainly have made it a lot easier job , and I don't get people moaning that they "can't do that one , it leaks", want to say "try harder:mad:" , but the G coupler has done the job for me(y)

Just have another gun with a standard coupler on for the odd one that is awkward to reach(y)

Carn't agree more have exactly the same experience with the G coupler vapormatics version is way to bulky

The g coupler does everything on the place bar a few uj,s and the odd one in tight spaces. but the time I gain on the rest more than makes up for the odd times I have to swap guns. I always used to have several guns anyway to avoid having to swap cartridges mid machine or when in a rush. cant really fault it and would have another, do like the look of the ones above though. (and Christmas is coming!) let us know how you go on with it @ACEngineering
