Grease nipple

On a Kane trailer the four grease nipples on the spring hangers are very near the wheels about 2"clearance is there and angled grease chucks or do we have to take the wheels of to get at the nipples which are recess in to the pins.

What a sxxt design. Probably the most important area to grease and it's nigh on impossible without removing the wheels or buying some special attachment. You can get extensions that will bring the nipple out, however there maybe something cheap here to fit you're grease gun.

A coupler like this, button head nipples like these, you need to work out what thread size is, fix a conventional nipple in the coupler and you're good to go.

Back in the day we had two Albion trucks with nipples like these, in fact most british truck makers used them until autolube started taking over, it was good for getting in confined spaces.

I have that trailer too, the tyres can actually catch on the nipples when turning and mark the inside of the tyres.
Wont be another kane in my yard.

Can you take the pin out and turn it round?
That or buy or make a normal grease couple in to 90deg like that milwaukee one.
You should be able to buy them Milwaukee one separately from C J Sinclair as they do all the Milwaukee parts etc in uk.
