Quite a few of us have been in a difficult situation with regards to short term fbt, it always amazes me how blatantly they can lie to your face….we are looking long term etc and then try to screw every penny out of you, after you have invested in their property and generally haven’t had long enough time to recoup the investment . We chose to walk away and have never regretted it but it always leaves a bitter taste but often shows you who your friends are and who you thought were friends but were looking after their own interests really.

I expect you have said and I've missed it but it may not hurt to repeat it in case someone can help with some land (even if it's to get you to lambing?)
