The sales figures for the 12 weeks to end 21st February 2021 make for great reading. Clearly consumers love eating red meat despite the hype around Veganuary. They are almost certainly understanding the role that meat plays in a healthy diet and that UK farming delivers high animal welfare and environmental benefits.
