Greenlight Grower Problem

Anyone else have a problem with Greenlight Grower as the App on either an IPAD or IPHONE?
Its been so wet so long that i have used the mobile devices for accessing the programme since last autumn. I now want to get out and do some field work and record it in the tractor as i go. However the phone and iPad just won't synchronise the updated info.
Ive updated the operating system on the iPad and also updated the GLGM App and still it won't work.
Anyone else had similar problems or can help an IT numpty sort it out?

I have had this happen in the past. Ended up deleting the app an re installing it. Unfortunately you will loose anything on the app that is not on the cloud. So make a note of it and re do.

Thanks for the reply. You are correct as that is what i did to solve the problem. All now seems to work ok.
