Grid battery storage /STOR 11kv

Are there any opportunities for either battery storage or STOR contracts on an 11kv grid connection? One company doing Energy Barns will only consider 33kv but I wondered whether our 11kv connection could be utilised by someone else.

STOR has to be bid for and is a bit more erratic from what I understand
