Is there really any point messing around with this kind of stuff? Always sounds nice but mostly ends up as a disaster!
It's a bit like messing about in boats, complete waste of time, but quite fun and you always learn something. This project was actually a community effort with a whole load of enthusiasts who paid to get involved. Alas, they didn't get much for their money, beyond a string of excuses from me...

I appreciate your difficulty. But Lincolnshire is one of the major arable counties and if the push towards more nature friendly farming is to continue surely it needs to be considered. You are also excluding some manufacturers of good British kit and and products because of the clash. One week before or one week afterwards would not hurt even once in a while, say every 2 or 3 years. Just give the County a fair crack of the whip. @martian
