I have had no confirmation emails or anything back from when I ordered my tickets. I’ve checked my details in the groundswell accounts part of the site and I have my booking reference is there anything else I need ? Or do I need to contact someone early next week

Looks like its going to be very difficult for me to get there. Rather a lot on on Wednesday and meant to be elsewhere on Thursday/Friday.
Already booked for both days, which I might let someone deserving have.

They should be transferable...we haven't had problems with ticket touts yet. Might have to write the new name on to avoid confusion

You'll be fine...should have a confirmation email so check junk folder etc or ring/email red box ticket people tomorrow. You should get in OK with reference number, but less hassle if all sorted

They don't take long to print up, so don't normally order them until relatively last minute when we have an idea of how many will be needed.

It is a shame, I agree. You'll get a nice tea-towel in your bag this time, can clean last years mug with it
