Sorry if I'm 24 hrs behind on this. Just watched the film and thought what a wonderful production it was to draw people into the subject of grassland, grazing animals and how those of us that work with them can really have a serious impact on our environment.
After the film, there was an interview with John Jamieson . His message was crystal clear, we've got to engage with consumers, tell the stories of our industry with passion and integrity.
Surely @Clive , TFF is the platform to put this out to the consumer here in the UK.

This last month we've just been shafted by the NBA with their submission to poor science, then this week the CEO of Red Tractor puts her political hat on and votes to allow non assured food free access to the UK. Meanwhile the NFU just sit by and watch.

Can it be possible to draw consumers into live chats with TFF 'ambassadors' to answer questions?
Doesn't have to be video stuff , more just getting the passion and feeling across about how we run our side of the food chain.

Are there other consumer forums that TFF could link with for reasoned discussion?

All great ideas, but time and money really limits what TFF can do, we are often mentioned in the same sentence as people like the NFU, AHDB, NBA etc but those organisations run with massive staff resource and financial income ( 10’s of millions a year) vs the comparable peanuts we generate though a few adverts the couple of staff we have

considering what we do with what we have I’m sure we could indeed do some amazing things for Uk Ag if we had even a fraction of the resources others do ............. but sadly we don’t

I’m flattered you think we could though ! and as always we will do whatever we can with what we do have

Think outside the box though.
When you started TFF you never thought it would become such a massive player in Ag Communications - just an online space for DD'ers!
What if you were to facilitate/open up the channels for communication say for just a 2 hour slot each week, but then leaving a forum door open for that link to continue?
. . . or am I genuinely missing something?
Did you see the Canadian digital farming interviews on YouTube after the grassland guardians film?
It should be compulsory viewing for the NFU communications team.

Maybe if some forum members volunteered to be ambassadors and do some Zoom interviews or record short videos themselves for the website to host? With the goal of eventually drawing in more public discourse.

I can see what Clive is saying about not having the resources. The cost and time to drive around and interview and then do video editing would be a full time job with the expenses to go with it. But if members were willing to do it on their own - at a lower quality - it would be a start I would think?

Lots of grants available here in Canada require you to kind of show how successful you can be with your idea before they give you funding.
