There are ramps, that spare wheel and other bits and bobs not strapped down. Maybe that is it. When you see some of the loads of machinery coming to ni roi you wonder how did they get so far down the road

Regardless of anything else, the handler should have been on the front.
The drawbar will be floating about like a demented butterfly.

that was my first thought (y) ....although given the pressures of the job....the fact he probably wasn't gonna go to far.....in the moment he cut a corner......who doesn't?....i still feel sorry for him:(

So is any1 gonna enlighten us to what offense he caused instead of speculation
Unfortunately Norfolk and Suffolk police and tilly pass on Facebook et all, where these things get regularly shared, generally say, "load stopped, driver/operater charged" but then never put what actual offense has been committed and leave it up to the "spectators" so to speak, to hypothesis what they have been charged with.🤷‍♂️

Would be better to not leave a vacuum of uncertainty and say what was wrong. Everyone would learn from it rather than be in the dark. (There are some that are pretty obvious what's wrong, of course. But they could still say what the offenses committed are....)

Not speculating on what's wrong but just like on here its interpretation of the rules.
Know a chap got pulled in his van when delivering eggs, police had him on one tyre and made him put spare on. Couple of miles down the road he came across more police so stopped and asked if his now spare wheel was legal. The reply was yes good few miles of tread left. Their explanation was the first officer must have been having a bad day
