GURU needed

I use Google Chrome as host for my email address that I have with BT yesterday when I try to log in as normal it comes up with please enter your password!
This I have abviously already done but it still comes up with, Please put in your password.
The password still works OK on Firefox and my iphone so should be no issue with the password I am using. Any Ideas?
Firefox runs on the same laptop
