Thomas panels now roll a gutter that is recessed at one end to allow for wide mastic tape. Find it much better and it sticks like s... to a blanket. You have to take care lining holes up as you only get one chance !
Much neater and you don’t get gutter, tools and yourself covered in sticky sealant
Thats what I've been fitting. But do get all the end pieces the right way round when putting it up ;) I've been cutting the mastic down the middle into 2 strips, one either side of the holes

We leave it full width and poke hole through with podger to line up. Also put a bit of silicone around bolts to seal threads up

We have used this with joggle joints just wonder about the integrity of the galv where it’s crimped
