Fair play to guy. His passion is most things with an engine and is giving the motocross community back something good. To many tracks are getting closed nowadays so nice to see what comes of thoresway, it is what ive always called a proper motocross track as opposed to a flat field which there is a lot of.

Nice one Guy👍
Shame there will be no 2 or 4 bangers allowed to ride such places before long, just an electric whine..., and no 2 stroke smell 😔

Looks impressive!! Anything Guy gets involved with will be epic.

Love the fact that JCB have got involved too….he’s had pretty close links with them previously with the fastest tractor challenge.

but I thought Lincs. was synonymous with flat fields :)

Is the best 'natural' track in the Country in Shropshire ? at Hawkstone Park, blimey what a hill  its a few decades since I've been there (as a spectator) mind you.

Try climbing it... I reckon it is almost as hard as riding up it... ;) Not that I have ridden up it...🤣

Listening to a CCM at full chat climbing the bank..... Joy!

Foxhills is a pretty special natural track…

Long time ago but the GP’s in ‘92 and ‘96 with Herring and Malin at the front were amazing events

Never ridden a motorbike!! But there was a circuit on this farm before we reclaimed it in the 70's. Old cars, Old sheds, we had the timing box in our yard for a few years and grew tomatoes in it!! It is now in HLS and my Pedigree Lincoln Reds graze happily on it.

Raced at foxhills twice and loved it, remember watching jamie dobb their in 2001 when it was a wash out, thats where i decided riding my motocross bike around the farm was not enough and got the racing bug

I was never good enough to race there, but loved the atmosphere standing at the edge of valley looking down on the tabletops in the bottom with all the air horns going off and the noise of the 2 strokes at the start, special time of MX

Foxhill, what a great place that was.
Rode past recently on the bike and stopped to show the misses.
All looks a bit sad from what it was.
They very occasionally have a meeting there.

Not much shame in being lapped by Rob Herring !!
On his day one of the fastest riders in the world, lots of crashes and injuries too
I didnt ride much but did ACU schoolboys then when i got to old for that went to adults ,like most did, unless they were good enough to go 'up' a bit earlier iirc he just came along out of the blue , very fast straight into adults wasnt in Schoolboys at all..but would be younger than me as well.
tbh i dont remember too much from then but it was good times.
when i started in schoolboys the most common bike in 100 /125 were Rickman/Zundapp ,some of the cooler better riders or more moneyed had the early jap bikes, mostly Suzuki, my first bike was a twin shock TM 125  with the conventional /not overhead exhaust .. which used to get dented as it went along the bottom of the frame taking away ground clearance, was lower centre of gravity though, but more like a trail bike than how motocross bikes were 'morphing' at the time.a time of fast developement it was, each new season brought a new bike very different from the last.....
ive rambled on a bit ..
