I'll be watching when it's my turn , extraordinary they would inject there :scratchhead:

That’s what she said & is quite angry that it’s been done

Over 30 years nursing and done 1000’s of injections in her time

She’s worked on renal wards as a specialist dialysis nurse and knows the importance of correct injection practice and latterly as a vaccinator for primary and secondary school kids as a school nurse, doing flu, hpv, bcg and all sorts

Friend in Devon who is 94 still hadn't been vaccinated at the beginning of last week. :(
HAVE YOU HAD THE JAB - URGENT NOTICE !
This happened yesterday and is important information for our age group.
A friend had his 2nd dose of the vaccine at the vaccination centre, after which he began to have blurred vision on the way home.
When he got home, he called the vaccination centre for advice and to ask if he should go see a doctor, or be hospitalised.
He was asked to go back to the vaccination centre immediately
he had left his glasses behind.

Got my blue letter yesterday. I'm a vulnerable. Getting it a week on Monday.

Speaking to my agronomist yesterday who's wife is a nurse/vaccinator. She got into trouble for getting 8 vaccinations out of a bottle. Meant to be 5. She was administering correct dose, then had some leftover to put into next vial.

What is it with this country? Why are we so wasteful and not utilising the vaccination properly. Really annoyed me when he told me.

todays the day early evening apointment 61 miles away managed to get both myself and mrs 4 course booked in at the same time so will treat her andtake her out for lunch and dinner .A light lunch en route at the burger van in the layby south of thirsk then on the way home fish and chips

Did you go to Northallerton?

Having it now or in a months time makes not a lot of difference the lock down will protect you
the important thing is to maximise the numbers vaccinated
by the end of March another 15 million will see every one over 50 and all vulnerable 18 to 50 year olds

the younger looking one could be diabetic or other life threatening condition
they do not have to look ill to be at risk

could always jump on a plane to Germany where they cannot get people to accept vaccination

This was news 2 months ago, the NHS quickly gave vaccinators permission to use the extra doses. I recall reading that the average usable yield from 1000 Pfizer doses is actually around 1140. They aren't however allowed to draw up a part dose from one vial and put it with a part dose from another for obvious reasons.
