Hadley Group is thrilled to announce that it will be bringing its range of steel vineposts and years of industry expertise to the annual Sitevi exhibition, taking place from 26 – 28 November 2019 at the Montpellier Exhibition Centre in France.
Described by organisers as the leading trade show for agricultural innovation, Sitevi, the international equipment and expertise exhibition for the vine, wine, olive, fruit and vegetable production industries, is returning in 2019 for its 42nd year. Based on Stand A045 (Hall A4), Hadley Group will be showcasing how its expertise in the production of cold rolled steel has enabled the company to develop a unique range of steel vineposts, which offer fruit farmers and wine producers a combination of durability, stability and value.
The industry-renowned vineposts are manufactured from Hadley Group’s innovative UltraSTEEL® cold rolled process, which works to harden the base metal and results in a much stronger product that delivers a better grip when in the ground.
By undergoing the UltraSTEEL® process, Hadley Group’s vineposts outperform traditional wooden vine pickets or alternative metal vine supports on a number of levels. For example, the units provide high rigidity for an exceptional load carrying capacity, high stability in the ground and great flexibility. What’s more, as well as being highly durable and with guaranteed corrosion-resistance for up to 25 years, the disease resistant steel product helps to produce a healthier crop – great news for fruit famers and wine producers.
Tailored to meet the specific support needs of wine growers all around the world, Hadley Group’s vineposts are available in a range of lengths and strengths to suit all applications and can be powder-coated, pre-galvanised and chromed in a range of colours. The steel manufacturer can also design and produce custom-made vineposts and develop prototype samples at its in-house facility, which, once approved, can be manufactured in high volumes and promptly delivered to site ready for installation.
Speaking about Hadley Group’s plans to exhibit at Sitevi, Tom Rodenberg, Account Manager said: “We’re really looking forward to returning to this year’s Sitevi exhibition. It’s always a great opportunity to meet with wine producers and fruit farmers from all around the world and showcase what our vineposts and cold rollforming expertise could bring to their businesses.
“As a company, we’re proud to be helping those in the agricultural industry as they begin to look for alternative products to train their fruit crops. In recent years, we have seen a clear increase in the use of steel vineposts; a trend that we expect to continue as fruit farmers become more aware of the benefits of steel as an alternative vinepost material, with it being far more robust, stable and disease-resistant”.
In addition to its cold rollforming capabilities, Hadley Group also offers a range of complementary services for sheet metal work and fabrication, including press braking and folding, CNC punching and profile manipulation and bending.
