perhaps it is time to split the forum as it is so obvious which posters are optimistic and which are pessimistic,but it does make interesting reading.I hope I know which camp I'm in although it is very difficult to ever keep mine above half way
 
I’m sometimes of the opinion that a pessimist is never disappointed, so it’s better to look on the bleak side.

But then I can’t be doing with that for long so I keep reminding myself that everyone has to eat, not many people want to farm and that every acre will get farmed in some way or other. If those that farm want to do it properly they will need lime and fertiliser so, hopefully, I can muddle on much as before!
