when we get a new socket set with a plastic tray inside i allways take out the tray and fill the back level full with clear sillicone it prevents the tray from breaking up we allways start loosing bits when the tray is knackerd

Do not laminate it- it's heart sensitive paper in most tills- you'll end up with a laminated Black rectangle

Same as many tool boxes. The tools easily outlast the box...but without a decent box finding the right tool is a much bigger task.

ive got the older version of the 150 piece set, same stuff, different layout in the case, was a present, also got the full set of the ratchet spanners, was a present as well,
they DONT get used at work, only at home, its good stuff, would use it at work but would end up going missing so it stays at home,
for work iv got a ck socket set that only i use when needed, and it has taken a beating but still going strong

I remembered this thread and was just about to invest until I clicked on the link then fell off my chair
