Hi

We are looking for farmers / landowners in the west Midlands area who are looking to diversify their current farm / land.

We are an events company who primarily specialise in large scale exhibitions and consumer driven events. We have over the past couple of years diversified ourself and have gotten more involved in the leisure attraction industry.

We are now looking for farmers / land owners to work with to host a seasonal Halloween scare attraction event. There is the potential to further grow any potential partnership and start introducing more activities, rides and attractions for a year round kids theme park.

Any interested parties please either request more information here or email us at [email protected]

How far south are you?

Facilities are all dependent on how far a potential partner wants to go. If it's a temporary event then we can bring in the majority of the stuff we need. Generators, marques etc. If there were available / abandoned barns or out buildings that could be used that would be a bonus.

If a potential partner was interested in making it a more permanent fixture which is more preferable to us we can negotiate terms profit split or ground rent etc. We can put in planning permission for steel clad buildings to house the attractions and build the infrastructure needed such as toilets catering etc.

We can supply details of other attractions that have started in a similar way, the majority of them being farms who have diversified.

For the Halloween event the majority of the year goes into building an attraction, upgrading / expanding existing attractions then a generally open for the month of October but has a huge potential to add additional attractions for the rest of the year.

We have a 'pop up' scare maze attraction at the moment it was specifically designed and built to be taken to indoor exhibition events. All that is needed is a building, barn or marquee etc to house it and a generator to the run the power. This can be set up in less than a week so it is possible to do a smaller scale event for this Halloween.

We have an underground bunker 90ft x 90ft two storeys deep. I have always thought it would be perfect as a Halloween thing as it's really creepy, it's empty but the roof leaks so it's damp and the costs to sort it out are too much!

Access is the main problem as well as the costs to repair, had it on sites for filming and music videos but no takers. We are in essex.

Maybe it's possible but it's depend on water ground level or as per much cost then it would be hallowen things covered with marquee looking creepy.
