Hancock doing injections.

Obviously delaying the end of lockdown and restrictions would mean that Hancock would have to spend more time away from home working for the nation ' Sorry Darling it's a crisis' etc how much of what he's been putting people through has been so he can continue his affair unnoticed by his wife.

I see this is as a suicide mission from the Tories. I shall never vote for them again or at least for a long time. Why are they rallying around this nasty little creep? There is now nobody I can vote for.
I've been in this position for quite a few years now, it's not a good feeling when you have a vote but there's no party that deserves to receive it because they are all rotten self entitled scumbags.

He should have been sacked Instantly. But when his boss, is an even bigger shagger, he lacks the moral authority to do the right thing. Both of them should have their dicks amputated in public.

Matt’s private life shouldn’t really be a public issue, but I guess it comes with the territory to people in high profile jobs. Broke his own rules and cheating on his wife is hardly going to win him any popularity contests at home or work.

I expect he Matt will ‘stand down due to personal circumstances’, in the near future, i can’t see any other outcome if Boris has learnt anything from the Cummings debacle.

That said, Nicola broke her own rules as well if I recall correctly, and ‘shock horror’ she never resigned either.
He called out Niall Ferguson and then did the same.

I stopped seeing Rachel as we were maintaining separate bubbles per the rules

He's just a hypocrite and so called in charge of policy

I note his poor wife was doorstepped at their family home in North London. Up until then when Hancock had spoken of not being able to go back to his home he meant Bury St Edmunds which he "represents" as an MP

Totally agree, but unfortunately the publicity surrounding the affair will hurt the innocent parties more than the perpetrators. Both Hancock and Coladangelo have (or had as the case may be) families of their own as I understand. The betrayal of seeing their spouses / parents drooling over each other all over the media will make it far worse than if it was kept as a private matter.

Has to resign in my view, but I am not holding my breath.

And so all these people calling for his resignation are pillars of society, have never put a foot wrong and lead morally pure lives do they? Since when did the Sun newspaper, purveyor of sleaze and filth in general, have any right to pass judgement? The media lost any moral authority years ago and just play the baying mob. Leave Matt Hancock alone to get on with the job. To change the man in charge now would stupidity if the highest order however imperfect he might be. Just another load of media drivel.

If Hancock goes, will he join the Cummings road show ? Pots and kettles spring to mind but it all suggests bad leadership. I am afraid I I moving closer to thinking that Boris has served his purpose and should also go before his credibility reaches zero.

With such a lousy lot in power at the moment Labour really need another Tony Blair who was without doubt the best leader that Labour & possibly the UK might have had, are you completely mad you may say?
Granted sadly the guy was very immature to start with, but he was then constrained by that rampant socialist Brown & led well astray by the idiotic Bush.
Hell the guy even wanted to keep fox hunting, don't forget it was the Tories that made badgers protected!

The dodgy dossier faked up by Campbell was far more to try & persuade his own party to stay on side than the rest of us, at that time the stupid idiotic Tories were far more war hungry & eager to bomb & invade Iraq than even his own party was!
The Tories are now far too complacent with no friends Starmer in opposition to dump Bozo knowing they will barring a disaster win the next election, these now so called pretend Tories are no friends of ours & things are not looking quite so good for the future.
If only someone could persuade Starmer to do the decent thing & stand down, maybe then a more electable down to earth man of the people Labour leader would have time to settle in & perhaps maybe the Tories would buck up their ideas.

The job of the media is to report the news as and when it occurs.
You can be certain that this piece of news was known to a few well before this week, do you believe that we should be like continental Europe where their politicians, have been able to hide behind a cloak of cosy anonymity thanks to privacy laws?
Where the leaders can tell us how to lead our lives while they live the high life.
perhaps you think we should live as in Russia where the kleptocrats who rule are very [popular thanks to having total control of the media. Note how that popularity slipped very badly when Navalny shared his footage of Putins palace on the Black Sea to the populace. Never mind that was all covered up very quickly and Putin can continue with his iron grip.

I dont like the lifestyle that Boris leads, but at least we were fully aware and the electorate voted for him knowing full well that he had a Wife , 5 children with her, several elsewhere and a mistress to boot.
However Matt has not only betrayed his family, he has wilfully been conducting an affair when it would have been illegal under the draconian rules, he himself, had a hand in imposing.
Further he had forced out one of his chief advisors, who had committed an identical sin.
Then comes the question of appointing this lady to a public office, not even Boris put his mistress on the public payroll, paid by you and I !

Well TBH I think it’s a sad world if you can’t snog somebody else’s wife without being hauled over the coals for it. People go on about coercive control so does any spouse have the right to prevent you having a quick snog. Can’t see much wrong with it myself. Feel better. Move on. Nothing to see here.
Bozo would be proud of you!

If you believe that you really do miss the point Dr W.

The preacher has not complied with his sermon. He has succumbed to the flesh, so to speak.

I can picture now those two lasses surrounded by Derbyshire Police for the temerity of driving to go for a walk at a local reservoir. The drones deployed by Derbyshire Police. Me parked in a layby near Spilsby last April having a Police car pull up and being questioned why I was there and being told to go home.

Hancock is just another supercilious Tory. When he next stands in front of the Downing Street lectern and tells you what the rules are and what you can

Its not the snogging though, is it! We are used to Tory MPs getting the kecks off. At least he wasn't wearing a Chelsea shirt. It is the failure to comply with his own guidelines enshrined in law about social distancing and the rules of 6, 12, 42 whatever stupid frigging number it was at the time.

His actions were and are indefensible in the position in government he held and holds. If he cannot see that and act accordingly then what terrible sad state of affairs. But I expect him to stay as he is just another of the current crop of Billy Bunter Tories.

We have the highest vaccination rate in Europe. He done the job required. How he conducts his personal life is his business but to dismiss him now on grounds basically of religious hocus pocus would make no sense if you interested in saving as many lives as you can.
