Thanks All for the comments above. Yep, worked out the spicy food one. Spots on hands are now itchy to the point of pain. Oozy spots on face. Cold has nearly gone now but I think I preferred that to be honest than I do now. At least it’s not sending my blood sugars mental like some bugs do...........blurrgh I feel sh1tty today folks.....:sorry:
have you got to the stage where eating has become impossible, my hands felt like I had been pulling nettles out of ground for 24 hours, you should be lucky ,not ALL your nails will fall off
hope you feel better soon

Well I had my first cup of tea last night that didn’t go down like molten lead! I woke up last night and went for a wee and realised it’s now got to my feet....nice.

@milkloss how u feeling by now?

I don’t actually feel too bad today but the welts are worse and itchy and in worse places such as the creases in my hands etc.....first sip of tea of the day just now and it was like normal so that’s a start.

Thanks both of you for the well wishes (y)

Sounds like a bad dose! I had it for weeks but just really affected my mouth and taste. We're the same got a 3 year old at nursery, 5 year old at school plus my wife teaches primary 1 at local school so germ central.

Parents should but don't keep kids off.
All too "busy" to stay off with em???
Then wonder why their little one got stuff as never their's who spread it in start ?

To be fair our two year old has obviously had hand foot but the only symptoms were a reluctance to eat, which is always tricky with her anyways, and a rash on her nappy line. Temperature came after these symptoms so as first time parents we didn’t immediately recognise what was going on. If nursery was open she most likely would have gone in:facepalm:

fudge, grandson was down for two days at weekend, my daughter said that he had it a month ago[emoji45][emoji45][emoji45]

I dont think the kids get the symptoms too bad. For our little one a sore throat was the worst I think, went completely off food and was ‘owwing’ at her throat.

My hand spots are now going tough, face is crusty but pretty much cleared up now but my feet still feel a bit prickly.
