HARDI ALPHA Evo II Self-propelled: Available for demonstration

A range of intelligent features and equipment, such as automatic height control, track width adjustment and floating suspension, guarantees application precision and speed. Everything is controlled from the comfort of the EvoCab.

The HARDI ALPHA Evo II, available with tank sizes of 4200L and 5100L, features a balance between front and rear and with its low total weight gives optimal weight/capacity ratio and high performance even in wet terrain conditions. This, combined with the high ground clearance from 120 to 165cm gives flexible usage from low to tall crops, plus the 3-pillar design in the cab provides a new standard of visibility for the operator with more than 320° visibility from the seat. The DELTA FORCE boom is both wide in field and compact in transport at just 255cm wide. Five pendulum settings make it possible to adjust the boom to follow either the movements of the sprayer or the terrain.

The DELTA FORCE boom series fulfils the future farming demands for flexibility in boom widths, high speed performance, narrow transport width and superior robustness. DELTA FORCE has a unique design; allowing HARDI to offer larger booms, whilst still enabling the operator to drive at high speed, while maintaining optimum performance. Using high quality Swedish Steel, we manage to optimize weight and strength and thereby produce a boom with a perfect setup, low maintenance and great performance. Now several versions from 24 to 39m widths are available.

HARDI NAVIGATOR i Trailed: Available for demonstration

The HARDI NAVIGATOR is offered with tank sizes of 3000, 4000, 5000 and 6000L, and boom widths from 18 to 39m. NAVIGATOR intelligent sprayers are equipped with the HARDI SmartCom electronic platform and offer the end-user a full ISOBUS experience, meaning easy connection to tractors and controllers. The faster processor will also offer a more accurate and responsive liquid regulation system. The operator gains a more precise application, with control of individual nozzles being just some of the possibilities for the new SmartCom platform.

The HARDI AutoNozzleControl system controls the application per individual nozzle. With sections down to 0.5m, an exact application with minimum overlapping leads to chemical savings up to 10%. Well-proven stepper motors of the PrimeFlow system are placed at each nozzle body. In combination with new AutoNozzleControl software, the highest precision level is reached.

Featuring ‘IntelliTrack’ and DynamicFluid4, the NAVIGATOR demonstrates a high level of control both with track-steering and chemical regulation. IntelliTrack is a high-end steering drawbar concept combining the advantages of an excellently designed chassis with the use of advanced electronics. Easy to connect and operate, IntelliTrack ensures the safest tracking even in most difficult field conditions, complete with an integrated safety feature.

DynamicFluid4 calculates the consequences of the increased RPM and regulates instantly. Measuring RPM, position of regulation valves, flow and pressure, combined with a specific new software and a new unique ceramic regulation valve, DynamicFluid4 offers complete application precision.

HARDI MEGA Mounted: Available for demonstration

The functional design and improved performance sets new standards for lift mounted sprayer from HARDI. The MEGA features a sleek modern design and optional AirRide lift suspension.

All MEGA sprayers are equipped with the HARDI SmartCom electronic platform and offers the user a full ISOBUS experience, meaning easy connection to tractors and controllers. The faster processor also offers a more accurate and responsive liquid regulation systems. The operation in the cab is done via an ISOBUS terminal, a joystick for primary spraying functions and a SetBox for secondary functions are standard on every MEGA sprayer. Features such as DilutionKit, Auto Section Control and AutoSlant can easily be adapted.

The SmartCom electronic platform provides further possibilities for digital farming such as controlling different dosage in one field and e.g. treatment of only a part of the field out from a digital map - helping save chemicals and give a higher precision in the application plus better economy for the farmer.

The MEGA fluid system is designed for manual and remote operation. The Manifold valve system is built on the left hand side of the sprayer. The operation is easy and safe integrated in a complete new designed WorkZone. The efficient and very fast 25L TurboFiller allows a safe and fast filling of chemicals. A large 170L RinseTank is placed on the right hand side of the chassis. The MEGA is equipped as standard with the large dimensioned EasyClean suction filter and Cyclone pressure filter. This is high capacity component which is used in the HARDI trailer sprayers and allow a fast spraying and mixing. The well-known fast DF4 regulation system is standard on the MEGA.

The MEGA is available with the vertically folded PRO VH / VP booms from 15 to 28 m. These booms are constructed in steel with a lattice design optimizing weight with the greatest possible strength. The boom has been redesigned with focus on strength and reliability. An anti-yaw device is incorporated into the boom centre to minimise any movement during operation. The excellent boom performance ensures precision spray applications even in the most challenging of field conditions.

The MEGA is available with 1200, 1500, 1800 and 2200 L tank sizes, with boom widths from 15m to 28m and different hydraulic features.

With the HARDI ZENIT OPTIMUS, the differing diffuser heads allow you to benefit from the best application, by just changing small accessories on the sprayer. The main difference between these diffusers (OP15, OP35 and OP55) is the dropleg or panel and the additional air streams that drive the droplets to the targeted plant and contain part of the drift:

Intelligent features: FREE UPGRADE

• The HARDI AutoNozzleControl system controls the application per individual nozzle. • The HARDI AutoSelect system – nozzle change “on the go”. The operator can change between two nozzles or use both at the same time. In the auto mode, the system can be set-up pressure or speed based, which gives the operator the possibility to adapt the sprayer to his requirements. Finally, AutoSelect leads to faster application with less downtime for set-up changes.

• The HARDI AutoWash system is a fully automatic internal cleaning system of the sprayer. The operator choses from the driver seat between three different cleaning programs. AutoWash is well known and proven on the COMMANDER sprayer. A perfect cleaning result is not reached by coincidence; it is always repeatable and there is the highest level of security given.

• The AutoFill and AutoAgitation simplify the filling process and provide an optimal setting of the agitation. The SmartCom electronic platform is also giving further possibilities into digital farming as controlling different dosage in one field and e.g. also treatment of only a part of the field based on a digital map - all to save chemicals and give a higher precision in the application and better economy for the farmer.
