Anybody rent out larger areas for vehicle storage? (thinking a bit bigger scale than 10 caravans stored behind a shed)

What sort of figures would you be looking at for cars, lorries, goods etc.? £??/sq.m

In your neck of the woods it's probably similar rates but have a look locally to check.

Ref the ratings discount, I think it's per business, all though if you have two running from the same site you may be able to split.

All depends on the local ratings guy - mine is superb, got to know him v well over last few years. He tends to only see a few things that he has too and haven't even had to offer him a bottle as a favour!

Very helpful. Might have a quick ring round a few local places about vehicle parking - if caravan storage is approx 350/yr then my rough rule of thumb would put an artic or similar sizes vehicle at £1k/yr, and therefore spread other size areas at proportionate rates.

20ft containers only earn £45/month and 40ft container £90/month locally as its a bit overdone now. Larger areas would make £1.50/sqft if fenced and secure.
