Harvest 2018

Milling wheats look fantastic. Wosr looks very good for saying we’ve spent nothing growing it really. Spring barley looks very good at the moment and maize looks alright but needs rain. Bit of new grass coming into its first harvest also looks very good.

The general theme though is another inch of rain would suit everything quite well.

the weather round here is ideal for grain fill in wheat on heavier deeper land should be good yields if the wet in march did not damage it dry autumn was a plus
bit on the dry side for thinner soil currently on line for the driest june with non recorded so far

No rain here since 13th May. Winter Barley has died, rain would be a problem as it may second tiller.
WW is holding up surprisingly well and rain would still help.
Spring Barley looks terrible, rain would definitely mean secondary tillers.
Sugar Beet is desperate for a few inches.
Potatoes and onions are fine due to irrigation, potatoes are 10-14 days from burn down.
