Harvest/Yields 2020

Couldn't see a way of getting it to spread :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
I can't blame the combine for that, fat hen not quite dead, its at the stage of not dead or green enough to smash up, but patience is running out and trying to get done. Lesson learnt though, did it again today, but with more drum speed, so packed in in well this time, will wait now before attaching it again, once I've cleared the Rotary separator in the morning, and put the concave back on the bolts. :banghead:

Finished linseed yesterday, which appears to have done ok (I think 🤔) finished spring wheat this evening which could have done better.
Managed to block the combine 3 times just above the chopper due to green stuff :banghead: then just got pulled by the police on the way home with the fuel bowser and compressor on the trailer🤦‍♂️! Luckily all was ok apart from a tail light on the trailer had gone off, just a bad contact in the plug so an instant fix and on my way with a big sigh of relief 🙄. Copper was sound to be fair, just wanted to know what was sloshing about in the ibc😂

I've got beans left to do, should have been on yesterday but the forecast was good till Wednesday so decided to leave it a little longer. Bloody rained today :( I suspect I will have to wait a long time for them to be as dry as they were yesterday :(

Yeah, we caught that as well, sort of knackered linseed harvesting, got going later in the day, slow work but managed to chew off 15 acres. I need 2 good days to finish now.

sh!t£y end to harvest here.
Jumped up into the combine midday to knock off the last 20 acres of beans.
She fired up, but then stalled...... and didn't want to start again.
Seems like something jamming to stop it turning over. And couldn't turn the crank with stilsons and bar

Eliminated battery, stuck water pump, stuck fan, stuck hydraulic pump, jammed hydrostat. Tipped cab had starter off and couldn't turn the starter ring either 🤷‍♂️.

Whatever it is, it is serious and will be expensive

Neighbour coming tomorrow - hopefully - to cut the 20 acres.
