Has anyone actually posted their BPS form yet?

As per the title. I am torn as I don't want to be the first, in case the rules change again, but I don't want to be last.
Do I , don't I? :O)
Took mine to a drop in centre .
I was only the second person to have been, and they were expecting a rush at some time.
I'd get it in, and hope we're front of the queue for validating.

Went to my local drop in centre yesterday and was told they would only be there on Tuesday and Wed. The people at the centre said they had a room all ready for the RPA but nobody turned up so the room was left empty yesterday. on the website it said just drop in any time with your forms! To say i was annoyed is an understatement, how is it that they can waste our time like that.

I think this will be a problem, as the chap I saw, worked for the RPA, but was actually a cold store inspector who knew very little about farming and had only heard of this years problems second hand. He had a crib sheet to follow, so that he knew the basic checks to make. Don't expect any detailed or definitive answers to problems.
Not the staffs fault, as they have their normal work to do.

Just got back from the drop in centre, the staff were very polite but as you say had limited knowledge of farming and just went through a very basic checklist. It didnt fill me with confidence when i was asked whether i was a livestock or an agricultural farmer, when i replied arable neither of them had a clue what i was on about!

I think you need to be pushing a bit boys especily if your in Wales the close date is the same here as last year. It usualy takes a week to get the statement back and if changes are needed it can be a nightmare!

Trying to get mine done but have a couple of ineligible features to add, however away the following week so might be 3rd week of May if I don't get it done this next week. Deadline is still 15th June isn't it?

They are saying that 15th June is still the deadline but I read somewhere the other day that the EU had yet to approve this later date..
