Its getting that time of year again , Has anyone brought any stock back from Europe since we left ? we have imported for last 5 years with no issues , just wondered if any problems at present with sale season starting up again , have heard of export issues and petty rule issues in calais but not much on imports ,irish Workmans usually do our transport though they think may have to come separate to the republic stock this year

The sale in Worcester last week nothing could move for 60 days to north or south Ireland, good to see what happens with the ones not sold or the ones bought, and seemingly it with effect semen sales as well and will have to be to export test standards.

I understand exports to NI are now the same as they have always been to the South.

Worcester could have been an ‘export’ sale, but it would have incurred significant extra cost for every sheep entered.
