I sent a Kuhn Axis 30.1 with big side panels (5 bags) on pallet network, 93 quid from Lincolnshire somewhere to North Devon next day. No haulier is going to get close to that.

That's not bad at all.

I have sent spreaders on pallets before, they are pretty much unbeatable as you say. I sent a drum mower on a pallet, once, too!

I just thought I'd give this a whirl. It fell rather flat.

Should have put it in the transport section , I had one not a million miles away a couple of wks ago,

You can send huge stuff if you book a couple of pallet spaces. A cabless tractor could go on 4 pallet spaces.

I have sent drum mowers. loaders, mounted chain harrows, rollers - all sorts. If it will go on a pallet, 9/10s of the time it's cheaper than a haulier.
