Haybob Tyres popping.

Is it freely moving, is transport flap unlocked in field and your turning right hand down?
Are you too fast and bobbing to much on rough land?
Too much air?
Not enough air in tyres?

I was told on 2 different farms I worked on always to park the haybob up in the shade if I took a break, in hot weather as it would pop the tyres if left in the sun after working. Perhaps they were just old tyres on old haybobs. Perhaps small tyres are not as able to flex as larger ones, it's been very hot which expands the air inside, and we all know tyres get hotter as they work so if you've been using it for prolonged periods perhaps that's the reason, combined with physical bashing. Check you are not over-inflating them and in really hot weather perhaps let a bit of air out to allow for expansion.

We miss the hedges.
one time I put it down and moved 1 foot and the one pops.

Vredestein sell a tyre especially for haybobs and claim that its better able to resist thorns. Problem is that its almost double the price of the cheapest tyre which is what tends to get fitted.

Is it a Uk version. Or European the Euro spec you turn to the right . UK your turn yo the left, or in my case drove straight on into the quarry and left it there

...or right. We had a 200 haybob with narrow tyres (not any inferior copies) for 30 years and had one flat tyre. You sure they are not completely perished.
On a proper haybob tight turns should be to the left squeezing the transport arm to stop scrubbing tyres.
On smaller farms with 20 acres of hay the haybob was a good cheap machine for making hay.

I always buy new tubes rather than get them repaired as I hate flats when I'm busy. One tyre place was using a grinder wheel to smooth the inside of the hole in the tyre. I asked why and was told the sharp edge of a hole on the inside will eventually wear a hole in the inner tube. Now my regular tyre repairer never did that, I wonder why?

Those should do the job. Most tyres of that size are only 4 ply or sometimes even 2 ply. Maybe OK for a wheel barrow but not much else.
buying new tubes as they are tubed
Is it the same one? Maybe something wrong on the rim? Bit of roughness / sharp or something.
Could just be bad luck .?
