crop is smaller and rent and fert are up!
60x40x15 frame with purlins new on ebay £4,500I would normally expect a shed to cost about £5 a square foot plus at least £1 a foot for erection (no giggling at the back Tomkinson!)
So by my reckoning an 80x40x18 would be close on £20,000, but I may be out of date on costs.
No roof sheets?60x40x15 frame with purlins new on ebay £4,500
Not at that priceNo roof sheets?
Thought not.Not at that price
You are my heroAh, a shed with no roof eh ?
Any road up..........hay is in direct competition to haylage when it comes to trying to flog it anyway, so the fact that it's made as hay makes no difference IMO.
Less bales per acre too, and there won't be many second / third cuts. I still think good hay will sell well. If not, I'll keep it till next year, fudge it.
