As a key part of the senior management team, based in Shropshire, this new role carries accountability for delivering effective and efficient performance through a management and supervisory structure.
A sustained track record running large teams within a high pressure crop production environment is prerequisite, as is attention to detail, an ability to develop people and processes and a real team attitude.
