Hi
At this time of year, respiratory disease can be an issue on farms. Not only can it affect the biological functioning of the animal, but it also has a major impact on its quality of life, or the psychological experience of life.
Whilst there are number of clinical methods to assess respiratory disease, to be able to fully understand the impact of disease on the animal, a method for measuring quality of life is needed.

I'm part of a team of researchers who are aiming to develop an assessment tool to measure the quality of life of calves with respiratory disease.
We are conducting a survey to understand what indicators should be included in such an assessment tool.
I’d be very grateful if you could spend5-10 minutes completing this short and anonymous survey:

Many thanks in advance for your help!
