Anyone ever seen anything like this in heating oil (kerosene)!? It is like curdled milk.
It has appeared in the tank of a house we had let out, and has been lying in the tank for over a year (house being renovated so no heating in use). The last tenant was also into anything that was going!... so we r thinking it could probably just be a mix of anything that he thought would burn!
Boiler has had to be completely stripped and cleaned and cleaning out tank aswell, but just curious to know what it might be!
Pic is through the lid of a 5gal jar so not the clearest, will get better pic if I get some poured into a clear jar

I would say recycled cooking oil or bio fuel of some sort too, I had some bio diesel a good few years ago and it did the same. you should be able to tell by the smell its fowl.

Moisture in the cooling oil, just wasn't cleaned enough.
Usually gets worse with cold temperatures, if heated it will probably clear.
