Hedge cutter recommendations

Hello all,
Looking for a hedge cutter trying to spend 6-6.5k only requirement is electric controls. Will need to for a Massey 6480 -140hp.

Some hedges haven't been touched in 4-5 years are a little overgrown so something able to cope would be great.

What are good options?

well for me I recommend you get a flail on an excavator to put manners on the hedges first then I look at a PA93 or a PA 95e and maintain them after.......................................

We were looking for a hedger with the same budget in September. It's not as easy as it sounds most were tidy older machines with cable controls. Or newer with electric but we'll worn needing repairs.we ended up buying a spearhead with oil joystick. Fitted really well in our 6465. Dealer had it on at £6900. Way over priced and been there 18month .we paid £5300 and have put new flails welded a few cracks and replaced a couple of bushes.so should be good for a few years now.and really like it also thought oil joystick long term would be more reliable than electric .

Bought mcconnel 5455 i think it is last year and our hedges hadnt been cut for about 5 years and coped very best just took a few times up hedge but a similar older model would do just fine which i think is a 93 but dont shoot me if am wrong lol

Could you educate me on the difference between a 55 and 93? The 93 seem a lot cheaper is there a reason?
Ive just replaced an ancient PA35 (forerunner to a PA93) with a PA55,which is a much heavier contractors machine really. It has an oil cooler, stronger boom and bigger pump,65hp I think, more reach than a 93 and powerslew.
