Hedgerow Capital Grant

I was about to apply for the above as I only have till the end of April to do it but it seems I had to ask for an application pack by the end of March so I am probably too late. Anybody know if this is correct? I don't remember doing that before but it's possible that I did as I hate working on that website so it may have been forgotten in my stressed mood.
I asked for clarification from them but as usual I just got the automatic reply.

Can you not do it online through rural payments? That's how I am doing ours

Many thanks for the prompt, I tried again and managed to get it done. Not sure what I was doing wrong but I hate that DEFRA site. I saw a list of supporting evidence but couldn't for the life of me find it again when I needed it so hopefully they have all they need.
I owe you a drink next time you are in Cumbria.
Thanks again.

I couldn't find that either, as far as I'm aware you just needed to send them maps showing where the options are going and if it's a hedge then another map (not sure if it can be on the same as one above) showing how it reduces run off /erosion or extends an existing hedge line / replaces a hedge that once existed.

I sent maps and photos last year but didn't think it said photos for this year but couldn't check to be certain. I took photos from their land maps which they were recommending but they were outline maps rather than the photos you see, hopefully that's enough for them.
