Hedges again !

I don’t need hedges for efa but they’ve been added to my land use page automatically if I don’t want to use them do I just delete them on land use page ?

I had to go through the whole list adding hedges and buffer strips

Yes I had to add buffer strips that I had last year but hedge information already on

I'd leave them on if they are correct, use them as insurance for extra EFA cover, but do check the hedges are correct

anyone know what happens if the inspector calls and you have declared a lot more than you need say 50%. but on inspection they find some thing wrong say wrong length/width of buffer or a hedge not eligible but only amounting to 10% meaning you are still 40% over to the good of total efa ,is it the case that so long as you have the correct amount of efa the rest that youve declared is irrelevant or can you face penalties on anything you have declared ?

Honestly I don’t know but would have thought as long as your complying your ok with mistakes not getting you below the efa threshold BUT we are talking about the rpa here !
