Some of my just under year olds heifers have been coughing a lot recently. They all were wormed and fluked roughly 2 weeks ago. Is it just the weather or is there anything I can give them ?

This shed they in. Full open front

They will have a virus which you can do nothing about, (just like our common cold where we get a snotty nose and a cough), you just have to watch it doesn't turn into pneumonia, a secondary bacterial infection (their equivalent to us having a chest infection)
Which will normally make them ill, worming can bring that on if there has been lungworm present due to dead and decaying lungworm upping the chance of infection.

If they were mine and they're eating ok and are happy I'd leave them. The shed is open fronted but a flow of air above cattle hight would be better.

When you get them in a crush clip their backs out from the back of their head to round their tale and do a few strips wide to stop them sweating. Ask your bet about Bavalto 4 to reduce chances of pneumonia it's a two stage vaccine 3 weeks apart. How wet is the bedding? do you scrape the front out? Leaking gutters or over full troughs? If they were mine I would not be to concerned as a runny nose is perfectly normal but closley monitor it they can go down hill very fast!
