It's part of the ram, the threaded bit is welded in to ram,
No quick fix I am afraid, as ram will have to be dismantled, to weld a new one in, and will have to be weldedreall good, so no leaks of oil,
Sorry not the news your wanting to hear, just call and tell him over the phone,
That way he will of cooled off by time he is home,

If he still mad, tell the big girls blouse you will buy him flowers and chocolate 🍫😏

Luckily tuckwells are on harvest hours, have phoned and they have a new ram on the shelf, have left it in front of workshop so I can put it back together ASAP in morning. Thank god its rained so won't be needing it to load bales in the morning. Husband not to bad when told as I had already sorted replacement, I only went to repair a fence post the bulls had trashed!!! Had a lecture on not using the headstock to push a post in.

a new threaded bit could be welded on that easy enough you know, after a clean up grind, to save on a new ram but iguess do that then keep it a s spare .
Will be fine dont worry.

Well if my wife went out and did that I wouldn’t care a jot about a busted locking pin on the loader. I just be grateful I didn’t have to knock off from whatever I was doing to go fix a fence.

And for the record yes she would jump on loader and go do it if the need arose👍

I don't get why people get so angry at other people when things break. (Unless your a clumsy f**k who breaks things all the time and isn't getting any better at not breaking stuff in which case don't drive things in the first place!) Yes it's annoying but no one does it on purpose.
EVERYONE breaks something at some point no matter how good they are. If they say they don't they are either lying or don't use their stuff.
No one got hurt and you won't do it again will you! ;)
Getting angry never fixed anything did it. It probably slowed down fixing it if anything.
