On the BPS application, we have established an application. On the claim form, 4 claim options appear. Although, none apply to us. Can anyone help?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for replying Ramrod
We have set up an application successfully when we click generate to view application little wheel goes round
then returns to same page,
we want to get to 2018 mapping data changes are we doing something wrong or is it the Defra system.
Is there anything you can suggest
Many thanks Jon

If you have set up a new application correctly and entered any changes in the "Land" and "Land use" pages.

Go to the apply for BPS page, click summary.

Now click generate and wait for the time and date to change in the paragraph above, the "little wheel" may spin.

When time and date change (I believe it turns green) click the Download tab. example 13/04/2018 14:11:20.

Having read your post again, I may have got you further on than you actually are.

If you haven't seen your mapping changes (if you have any, most people have) there will be entries in the message box on the "Your Business" page.

You need to start on the "Land" page to view the info they have for your business, after reviewing this go to "Land Use" page and make cropping adjustments.

When on "Land Use" page you can click the 'pen' symbol to edit, 'add' to add new lines in that particular field, or 'Del' to delete that line.

When you have completed this correctly for every field, there should be no 'Orange' coloured boxes on the screen.

Now you are ready to go Apply for BPS (see above)

Sorry for late reply I think we've now got it. After a year we thought for some reason to get the land use page we would press generate button. Reading your reply Ramrod we realized you go to land use to make field use changes and then press
generate button to apply the changes so Thanks again.

Can anyone tell me how to enter the area we are intending to put into Cover Crop in the autumn ? I have done all our land use changes, and the system has put our Beans, Fallow and hedges into the EFA form. We aren't going to use either hedges or the beans for EFA so I have deleted them through the 'reduce area of EFA' tab, but for the life of me I can't find how to add the Cover Crop area !

tried the helpline twice so far, you are 23rd and the 31st in the queue !!
