The FSA will have been intimidated by expensive lawyers employed by the Supermarket concerned who will be more cncerned about reputation and market share than public health.
This might work short term but I suspect that the ambulance chasers will be using Freedom of Information legislation to establish what has happened then pursue the suppliers for damages in the Civil Courts n behalf of those who have contracted the infection through eating contaminated sausages.
Could prove expensive!
My research today reveals that there was no shortage of sausages on the shelves at Lidl, what do we know about the rest?
