Is it growing on a wall or up a building ,.
If so get your garden hedge trimmer and shave it ,so cutting all the shoots and leaves off ,give a bigger surface area for ,roundup to get in ,we used 540 g glypho ,and oil ,on some fairly thick stuff , 50/50 in normal water rate with ams to condition water too , but dont do it if round a tree or you will kill that too ,
