I know you specify Hereford. But the Lincoln Bull I have put up would do the same Job Very well. I do not understand why people are shy of using them on dairy farms. If you are interested in him I can send pictures. He is in his working chlothes!

We have a 24month old Pedigree Hereford bull to sell. Based in South Leicestershire. Was bought to cover some of our Heifers and all have been scanned in calf has also been used on our April due cows and has caught all of those. His father was from the Normanton Blood lines. £1500 would buy him. Nice temperament and still growing into a nice bull. Clear TB test last month so ready to move straight away if required

You had a Hereford before? What will you be doing with the calves?

big bull at the bottom is 6 this time he’s having a rest at the minute/on haylage to lose some weight! This was him turnout last year. Young one bought in the summer he has got the heifers in calf this time. Calf from the autumn we sell all the calves but are now under Tb restrictions so will rear them all/until we go clear. Hereford takes some beating all round I think
