Right.... it's had about 3 hydraulic oil cooler repairs.
Can anyone suggest where to get a new oil cooler from for our EX60-2 please

Any suggestions why is keeps going. The hydraulic cap seems to be a pressurised version so I assume the system is meant to hold some pressure in?

No other apparent problems with the machine that could contribute towards this

Hitachi UK. Was HM plant.
Been surprised how cheap parts are imo!
Other than a small coolant header tank I wanted that was dear at first £170 then realised I was being quoted for one with a level sensor in bottom which my machine didnt have. Correct part was about £45 if I recall right.

HM Plant want £1239.03 plus VAT.
so, errr no, i wont be buying from them.

Radiator guy i spoke to says they "rot from the outside in" and then leak. its been repaired two or three times now, so time for a new one i think!

HM plant wanted £550 +vat for a starter motor last week for my ZX 180 Martin wanted £300 job done
I needed some parts a couple of years ago. Lavin wanted twice the price HM plant wanted and his part was second hand!

Just shows - it pays to shop around and check the manufactures prices - they can surprise you - with drilled glass from Manitou surprisingly cheap on more than one occasion - operators manuals - JCB Handler £56-00 Manitou usually a fraction of that!
