Hog Roast- Help!

Looking for a bit of advice, we've been asked to supply a pig for a hog roast- (specifically a Kune Kune, which works in my favour, a co worker bought some a while back which i've been itching to get rid of!) this time is a one off as it just so happens we have a few going spare, but definitely thinking its something we could go into (supplying, not doing the actual hog roast) as we're pretty much in the city and receive enquiries about it every now and again.

How much would you say would be sensible to charge per pig or kilo? Has anyone done this before and I'd be interested to compare notes!

This year I have supplied 0 hog roast pigs, last year it was 460 ish.

I charge £100 each plus any slaughter and cutting cost, the pigs weigh 65 kg live but have a tight spec so that they all have to be weighed and tagged hence the premium over the commercial.
