Hoggin for farm tracks

Hello
i am new to the forum.
I am Planning to construct a lake on my land but need to remove the excavated spoil offsite because we are in a medium risk flood plain.
The top soil is good quality so can be reused or sold locally. The subsoil is ungraded gravel, being a mixture of small stones, clay and sand (hoggin).
Just wondering if this would be of interest for farm tracks? I could supply it free of charge but would need help with transport costs

I would guess the sand would spoil it for the job as it might stop it from setting solid but that could be wrong. If you are advertising it you would be better saying where you are.

I live near Welshpool. I was thinking it could be used as a self binding gravel track, rather than mixed with cement, if that’s what you mean. At this stage, I am merely trying to find an economical way of disposing of it, without sending it to landfill.

We use loads of hoggin from our farm for yards/tracks/hardstanding etc

Can be great but really depends what you have in the mixture. Can you not use it yourselves?
