We've done that a couple of times here. Amazing how tidy a barn can look with a few drapes and a bit of carpet. Good job.

We've toyed with the idea but don't think our yard is suitable it's the massive outlay that really holds you back

We've also spent the last 18 months doing these three so our appetite, financial and in terms of effort, isn't really there for it at the moment:

The nearest one, I live in, the middle is my brothers, he doesn't work on the farm but like all family farms, siblings must be looked after! The furthest is still being decorated but will hopefully be let toward the end of this year, possibly to American military from the airbase up the road.

We did an 18th birthday party in one of our commercial polytunnels the only downside was a few local gate crashers as the disco lights could be seen from miles away. You could tell them easily as guests had been warned to wear wellingtons.
